1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Axiom (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Axiom is an interactive learning platform offering lessons in mathematics, science, computer science, and data & AI. The Service includes free and paid subscription tiers. We may change or discontinue features at any time.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid subscriptions (“Pro”) are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your profile page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for billing errors. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) share your account credentials, (b) attempt to access the Service through automated means without our permission, (c) copy, redistribute, or resell the lesson content, (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or (e) interfere with the Service's operation or security.
6. Content and Intellectual Property
All lesson content, text, diagrams, code, and design are owned by Axiom and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the content without written permission. User-submitted code (in code exercises) remains yours; you grant us a license to run it for the purpose of evaluation within the Service.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the content is error-free, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that any particular result will be achieved. Educational content is provided for general learning and should not be relied upon as a sole source for professional or academic decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
